WELCOME TO THE SYMPOSIUM PROPOSAL UPLOAD AREA
General information
In this section you can find templates for paginating your Symposium and uploading it to the platform. Once you have completed the following form in all its parts and attached the necessary documents, you may submit your Symposium proposal, which will be screened by the ICEM21 Scientific Committee. You will receive an email of acceptance or rejection as soon as possible.

STEPS AND USEFUL INFORMATION

UPLOADING A SYMPOSIUM
You can upload your Symposium in this section of the ICEM21 website. Simply fill in all fields of the form and attach both the editable and PDF versions of the document.

MODIFICATION OF UPLOADED SYMPOSIUM
Once the Symposium has been submitted, you can edit all the fields and attached documents by accessing your Personal Area. You will be able to make changes up until it is approved or rejected.

UPLOADING OF MULTIPLE SYMPOSIA
Each author may propose and upload multiple Symposia. Simply upload multiple Symposia, completing a separate form for each. All the uploaded Symposia will be listed in your personal area.

STATUS UPDATES
In your Personal Area you can monitor the status of the acceptance/rejection by the ICEM21 Scientific Committee. Authors are asked to wait for an update of the status before contacting the organisation.

ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION
Once the Scientific Committee has completed its assessment, you will be notified by email of the decision to accept or reject the Symposium proposed for ICEM21.

GENERAL ORGANISATION
If a Symposium proposal is accepted, you will be contacted by the ICEM21 organisation team to define all the details of your participation in the Conference.
